1. From your dashboard browse to Subscription Retention and click on Surveys
2. You can see all your surveys. Click on the survey you want to preview to open its editor
3. Click on the laptop icon in the top right corner.
4. Choose the format of the screen to visualize your survey in and click on the Preview in a new tab button.
5. It will open your survey in a new tab and show you exactly how it will appear to your customers. You can go through the entire flow to preview the entire experience.
