When you purchase our product, you receive up to 12 months of support, updates, and downloads included in the purchase price, which automatically renews. The recurring cost of the subscription covers the continued provision of these essential services.
While maintaining your subscription is not mandatory for using the product, it is necessary for accessing ongoing support and updates. If you decide to cancel your subscription after the included period, you can do so at any time from your RetentionFlows account.
Please note that if your subscription expires, you will no longer be eligible to receive updates and support. Additionally, you will not be able to activate the product on a new site if your subscription has lapsed.
