How to add a feedback popup to ask a question to your customer

1. From your dashboard navigate to Subscription Retention in the side menu and click on the link Add New Survey button.

2. A new blank survey appears with two blank sections/pop-ups ready to be filled. Start filling the first blank pop-up with a title.

3. Click on + in the blank section to add a new block in your pop-up.

4. A few block options appear. Click on Browse all to see all the blocks available.

5. Add the feedback question type of your choice either Text field, Radio Button or Checkboxes.

6. Fill the fields of your chosen question type. Here are step by step guides for:

7. Scroll down to the Survey confirmation section. It’s the slide confirming the cancellation of the subscription once your customer has answered the question. Add a title and some text.

8. Click on the button Publish and confirm you want to publish to save your survey.
